Usage Instructions:
- Sift the royal icing powder.
- Place 500 grams of royal icing powder in a mixer bowl.
- Add 50-70 grams of very cold water.
- Mix at low speed for at least 10 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
- To make the mixture softer, add a few drops of water.
- Place the mixture in a piping bag to decorate your dessert or store in a covered container for 1-2 days.
- The product has a drying time between 1 and 2 hours.

Living in southeast Texas with high heat and humidity the Saracino Royal icing has been a game changer for my cookies! The fast drying time also decreases the number of days that I’m having to work on cookies. I do not like to taste of meringue powder so I like that this formula does not use it. the stability of this icing is top-tier. I only wish the bags came in bigger sizes for ordering.
